well since outside flowering will happen when it happens which is whenever the plant becomes mature. you can force a plant into flowering outdoors by covering it so that it receives only 12hrs light, but this becomes a hassle as you would need to be covering it at the same time every night... what a hassle. basically just take care of it and it will happen when it happens.

The beauty of california medical scene, so many its hard to choose but I mainly go for taste since it all gets me where I want to go!

then go as natural as you can. use nutes sparingly and cut them out of the mix the last two weeks befor you give em the chop. you should have a nice natural earthy taste to it

i really dont know what your soil could be like in arizona, so it would be best to just give them water as needed

as for flavoring your bud; theres a product called tasty puff "tobacco" flavoring that man make your buds taste fruity. other than that i dont know what you should do. im really not down for all that "how can i make my bud taste/smell better" or "how can i turn my buds purple" jive

that sounds good, you can feel if the soil is dry or moist; that would be the way to tell

just water them when it hasnt rained for 2+ days. it would be longer if it were my newengland climate, but i assume your soil is clay-ish and drys quick. good luck with your grow, bro, and keep me posted. ill help out any way i can
