Hi and welcome to RIU. Did you join so you could rant and give a bad review on the machine? I am not familiar with the equipment but maybe you should post the steps you used from start to finish. Is it possible you did something wrong with your process? Maybe someone here can help you figure it...
I was working on the lower level of a building and there was 2 bathrooms. A gender neutral and an all genders bathroom. I contemplated using the gender neutral bathroom but didn’t really want to lock myself into a category. So I made my helper use the gender neutral and I used the all genders...
My medic grow lights came with a 240 volt plug and also came with the adapter for 120 volt. So yes the adapter you show from Amazon should work. Most if not all led lights will have a voltage range listed and they will automatically recognize the voltage source your plugging to.

I’ve been storing mine in sweet decades bags inside a koolatron bud dryer. i keep it at 59 degrees and humidity control that keeps it around 60 to 61%. The room it’s set up in has humidity around 32 % this time of year so it can dry out quick...
I just picked up a Winchester 20 gun safe. It’s hard to get 20 in there though and forget about it if you have scopes on them. 30 minute fire rated, not sure the rating on the fridge.
A lot of good points as stated above. I also transplant twice until the final pot. A dozen 1 gallon containers will take up less room needing a smaller footprint of light during the early stages.
