Im concerned that this will happen to my other plants that I used the same potting mix on.

Both, the leaf stems have a more solid coloration and the main stem isn’t totally covered though. I guess I would explain it as pinstriped, like an untwisted candy cane all the way up the length of the plant. Even the node offshoot stems are pinstriped in the same way.

Have you been told there’s no smell by someone who doesn’t consume cannabis? Is it possible that you are just not smelling it because you spend large amounts of time around your plants and consuming?

A severely weakened odor could possibly be caused by creating a very low net air pressure with air flow that is way too strong for your needs. You could also be waiting too long to harvest and allowing your trichomes to dry out and fall off, which could be made worse by too much air flow too. As...
