If they have huge root systems coming out of the cubes, than its time to transplant them.

Do you by chance know much about rockwool i dont know how much i should be watering it ......... someone said every 4 hours and another of my friends tells me just 2-3 times a day.

and my grow instincts tell me the cubes are Soaked with water for atleast a good 24 hours after i flood them they have huge root systems pouring out of these large rockwool cubes though do you think it is even possible to over water now?
