Just seeing if anyone might see something wrong with them. I may be over thinking it all. Just wanted to make sure. I just put them in the 3 gallon pots on Friday. So I’m gonna watch them over the next few days I don’t think they have any shock from the transplant. But I was just curious if...
I forgot to mention in the first post. I’m still watering once a day with runoff. And the runoff was at or around 1100 for a few days that’s when I made the lighter strength mix to bring it way down. And that’s where I’m still at. 550ppm 6.0 going in. And that’s still 170-200 ppm of cal mag. How...
I have 3 clones in 3 gallon fabric pots. In coco coir. I was feeding every day while in 1gal plastic pots and was giving them about 200 ppm cal mag, and about 500-550 of A&B nutrients. (Humboldt secret nutrient) total 7-750ppm at 6.0 Ph. I water until runoff. More than 15 percent runoff. The...
You definitely are correct and I left that part out in my response to Bongerchonger. I also have the liquid drip test, and always use it to see if my pens are reading differently.
Thanks you for your reply. I’ll check that out and see what I come up with.once back on track I can take the advice of watering daily and keeping the media saturated!
Ok thanks, what is your advice with when and how much calmag I should use? Every watering, every other, as needed by what the plant shows signs of needing, etc?? And what would you think I might need dealing with at the moment with my post?? Appreciate you response!
I’ll check out your journal. My bad I did forget to mention I am using RO so it was at 0ppm to start with, that’s why I was using the calmag how I was. I know I will need to use it, maybe just not as much as I was.
Interesting! I just might do the 3 gallon pot instead. Thanks for the info. And I’ll up the nutes maybe a little bit at a time. I did up the NPK in today’s feeding since I dropped the calmag. So I’ll see how it goes.
Ok cool, I am going to lower the level of the light and continue to feed without the calmag daily and see if she perks up. She is not showing a bunch of issues. I think the calmag is definitely locking out the ability to uptake the NPK that’s she wants and needs. I appreciate you. Thanks
So when it was happy I was watering once a day every 2-3 days. I wouldn’t let it dry per se but let the pot get a little lighter in weight before I watered again. The top layer of coco didn’t even turn light brown before the next watering. So I wouldn’t say I let it dry in between waterings and...
