never used LED's but i do know the the HPS 400 watt or more work great. my buddy uses 400w HPS on two ladies-started out with 5 and 2 ladies were left, it works really well. good light,good nutes and plenty of ventilation and youll do fine.

led or metal halide ? whats best

got a new set up with a budbox and a 400 watt growlux bulb , growing dwarf and short stuff , going ok but was going to up to a 600 watt metal halide ..... but also got 120 watt led light hmmmmmmmmmmmm whats the best option ... cheers
