I did soil many years ago. I am loving indoor hydro, ebb & flood. Yields - too many variables to guesstimate.

I read your post and looked at your pictures.
I would make sure that there are drain holes in the pots/cups.
I think that they are just stressed and will do better when their lives settle down ...
Like .... a place to live, proper nutrition, lights, pH.
Until you can check your pH use distilled water it is safer till you can pH your water to the correct numbers. 6 to 6.5 ph for soil, if I remember right. I am in hydro so my pH is less.
