Hey, bud, not a problem! A lot of people know about these lights, so let me just help ya out.
All of the pieces of wood are 1"x4", that I cut to the size that fit my grow area. I used a hole saw to drill my small hole for feeding the wire through. I bought the "keyless plastic lampholders" @ home depot. To wire each of them, I bought extension cords @ the dollar store, cut off the female ends (thats the ends that you plug into, not the end you plug into the wall). You then take the wire that you just exposed and push it through the back of the board, wire the cord to the lamp, screw the lamp holder on and viola! On most of the boards I drilled a couple of holes for lights. Then, to ensure the angles so I can go AROUND the plant w/light & not just on top, I join the boards with "simpson strong ties" (home depot).
Hope that helps you out! Good luck, bro
