Hey folks. Setting up my 4'by5'by 7ft grow room . Just got this led today has a lot of good reviews. You guys running leds think this unit is good for my size grow room? It's gonna be my 1st. Grow. 35 yrs of gardening and mushroom growing skills but never weed. Tried to read up on different Leds but there isn't much specific info out there. im a little worried I may have gone too big . This supposedly draws 210 actual watts.

I also have 2 king plus 1200 w led in my 5' x 5' x 6.5 tent. I plan on a third. I have 3 plants. I am also wondering if maybe that is too much? Don't know, but will try. I think you will be ok with it

I've read in quite a few places and in reviews that 1 1200w led could handle 4-5 plants easily. how was your last grow with 2 of them? i would think that 2 would be enough for your grow space. like to hear your results. just planted 4 seeds. should be up soon.

i shopped around for weeks before settling on this one. most in its league are 3-4 times more coin. lots of real good ratings on amazon and a few other sites i checked out. payed $182 . a lot cheaper than others of the same wattage. we will see how she grows very soon!

i read the amazon reviews,, and it seems the negative reviewers ,, many of which state the same thing,, cheap diodes burning out in 6 months,, typical of the china blurple lights,,
but I do with you luck

If something is being sold at more than a 30% discount than comparable products without reason( sales, refurbs, open box, etc) it should throw up red flags. Generaly the only way a manufacturer can produce a product similar to a higher priced unit for that low of a cost is to cut material costs, which means inferior parts. I've watched my roommate drop almost $1000 on aquarium lights buying $200 Chinese junk, rather than just spend the $450 originally on a known product.

Penny wise, pound foolish.

i got the recommendation of this brand by several cannabis websites. this one wasn't #1 of their choices but 2nd or third out of the top 10 picks so can't be all that bad. sometimes people dump a chunk of money on a well known brand only to find another product half its price that works just as well. can't see dumping $500 plus on a grow light.

Purple Chinese lights are well known on this website and everyone including myself has a busted up blurple China light for a door stop , don't believe me just ask in the led section

I was using 2 1200w king plus lights for the last 6 years. But mine are old. Got very good results from them. But the technology has come a long way since I purchased mine.
I have just got myself a spider farmer sf2000 with the new Samsung chips. I can't wait to see if it is going to make much difference. I'm assuming it should. The blurple lights are amazing for veg never had any problems with mine.
