Are you still around? I did a tissue culture on a marijuana plant. I have three jars. Do I need to ventilate the lids?

the chinese paper write up , shared by nitro, then me again recently, is spot on. follow it and you'll see success in your first month.whoa...just re-read your note...you OWN an autoclave....ha, you're a dentist, correct? I'm currently attempting extracting and processing for a dental group. The extractions I have mastered( see my posts/pics) but transferring mj to a physician office is a legal snafu. Baker college has made a Using Medical Marijuana in your practice an accredited course that will satisfy the pain management credit a current dentist needs.

I may like to try it with other plants; I currently have no means of producing cannabis; my wife threw away my seeds from my breeding adventures... But, I'm intrigued in this. Let me do some homework, and if you don't mind, let me ask you about chems and details after I think I know a bit more about the process? I've seen your pictures, and I feel I could learn more from you in a conversation than from a year of trial and error.

I think your posts on tissue culture are amazing. I no longer grow or smoke pot, but I'm still an avid gardener, and have alway found this extremely intriguing. I've read your links, and while I comprehend quite a bit, I'm still at a loss. I'd love to have an actual conversation sometime, skype or something; I admire you posting in a forum this low caliber with such amazing science. If you can keep a secret, I'll tell you what my previous user names were, so you can look up my posts and see that I am privy to science over just getting high.

I find the process of tissue culture amazingly interesting, and would love to know more and perhaps do my own experiments at some point. I know all about sterilization, and own an autoclave, but mostly I'd like to talk to you about how freaking cool it is that you're so far outside the proverbial box.

I never said he was a scammer either i was just stating that the seeds i got of his from the tude all hermied on me. I have only had one other strain that was like that and it was GHS Jazz.
