Hi

I am a newbie, who is thinking of growing a couple of plants for self medication purposes. I had been researching, and reading up on everything.
I wonder if you can help me to start out, cos I don't want to get the wrong bulbs.
I have a very tight budget, and figured for first time, I could get a clip on garage socket, for the bulb, plus and extension. But I don't want to get the wrong bulbs. I understand I need 6500k for growing. If you are an advance grower and felt unable to help I would understand. I live in South wales.
My budget to start off is roughly £20/25. Then later, I might get a cheap fan, if it works. I also would like advice on seeds, for now I had bought seeds from a health food store.
I am looking for a strain, thats mellow and relaxing.
