hygrozyme can be used for this, but its not as important vs hydroponics, in hydro your basically left unprotected unless you add something like this, in the organic soil your most likely going to have benficials in them already, if you make your own soil mix just add something like myccorhizal, most quality soil makers already have bennies in them like fox farms line of soil. now lets just say you have a soil that has plenty of bennies in, you can feed with mollasses, the sweet stuff helps feed these microbes, if you have root rot from poor drainage then i would suggest the use of hygrozyme. so a recap good soils with organics like guanos and castings have plenty of microbial activity with beneficial bacteria, this is your protection and also helps with transplant shock
