Hey Dirt, you still around?

Hey there Dirt! Just finished looking at your journal, let me say it would make Stink proud. I am a lurker and I am very interested in starting my grow, very similar to yours. I have a question with the strains, I am trying to get high yields and quick finishers ideally. Based off of your grows I would say cheese, greencrack, and 98 bubba are viable fits. Any other strains you have came across since then that you would recommend?

I use a hannah. It costs about $200. But well worth it. You can find ones cheaper that will work. Any chiller thats 30 bucks i would be leary of. Mine cost 800 and although its top of the line it will last for several years. The racks are 5ft wide, by 6ft tall. My room is 8x8x10. I use 2x a minute air extraction with a 10inch exhaust high ouput and 2 6 inch intakes.

Sup dirt, so many to choose from in picking a good ppm meter any u recommend for the best quality and bang for the buck? I also seen cheap rez chillers on fleabay for 30ish would u recommend? Slowly but surely gathering materials together and cutting corners on diy projects like carbon filters. whats the dimensions on those racks? And space ur working with? Any advice would be appreciated.thanks

I've read half of stinkbuds thread and wonder if you are still using his formula for nutes? And in your opinion so far do you think this vertical is working out better for you then stinks setup? Obvious you are using less power. Have you ever tried any of Heaths designs dwc? Im determining which setup will be the most efficient for the space and cost.

U have that running on timer 1 min on 5 off? did you rig a floater in the res under the wall or did you buy it with one? What submerible pump did you use on that? What strain did you use? Seems you have the perfect one for the setup. Sorry for all the questions but it seems you have it all figured out. So many questions.. Thanks for help

hey dirt i read in albfucts' thread you are switching from organics just wondering what nutes you are going to try. i ask becuz i had a pretty bad case of the slime myself. im pretty new to the stinkbud sys. but so far i love it. growth is amazing. but i would like to use the h202 to help counter any temp spikes that might occur in my res. i also like the idea of having white roots so i can instantly tell just by looking @ them if they are healthy. i'm probably going to try the dyna-gro brand nutes as i have used them a-lot back when i used to run flood and drain. the only problem i had with the dyna-gro series is that they salt up a-bit and i am concerned about my sprayers. any thoughts?

Hey Dirth! I've followed stinks thread for a long time, and you are one of the consistent things that adds to that thread's greatness! I'm well versed in his methods now, but what I'm unsure of is the overall structure of the room. The flowering is one chamber, does it have to be sealed off from the veg/clone? do you want c02 everywhere, or just in the flowering chamber? Even a simple diagram would help a lot, because I can't quite visualize how this would all come together. Thanks
