Hey man I got your mesg. sorry been busy.. So the CFL 150 watt with a 42 watt draw where purchased at wal-mart. They are usually around $9 each. Home depot has them two but cost a dollar or two more. If you can get your hands on a 4 ft T-5 flour. light it will do the trick as well.. Just use a red and blue for best node devolopment. Hope that helps man ... good luck growing

Well hydro is basically growing without soil. You will need to find a medium like rockwool, clay pebbles, coco, etc to grow in & then you need to decide what method of hydro you are going to use (Ebb & Flow, DWC, Aeroponics, etc)..
