Hey man, When you commented about using 5ml/gal cal mag for clones and 10ml/gal for established plants, were you referring to Botanicare's Cal-Mag Plus? The guys at the hydro store told me to buy it when I picked up my RO, and have been using 5m/gal and things seem ok... But I am relatively new and after some research I found that maybe this is mostly for soil... I am using Flood and Drain for both veg and flower (table then to bucket system). If you have any tips on the calmag I would really appreciate it! This stuff is expensive and I don't want to waste it. Some people say it should only be used with botanicare products? Also the bottle says pumps and air stones may remove the iron?

Hey bro message me if u can I'm new too this site but I got all my setup good and have nice big 3ft tall og plants my last harvest well I just used botanicare and it was a bubble ponic now I'm aeroponics but when I harvested the plant and nuggs smelled like grass and after they were dried too I tried curing them and no luck all the smell was gone just grassy my drying spot was 45 humid , and temp wAs in the 80s . Need help bro I'm using advance nutrients this time and following a schedule

Hello AeroKing, I am new to this site and would like to ask you a question. Do you have an AeroFlo2? I only ask this because I just built my own. I copied it from the GenHydro site. My real question is if you happen to own or have owned one... How exactly do they attach the laser line on the inside of the tubes? Are they just laying in there? or are the suspended above the nut chamber? I would assume suspended, but totally confused on how to attach the lines. Please Help, Please. OIO

I was reading your post in the hydroponic chiller thread about using a chest freezer filled with glycol. Right now I have a chest freezer and am trying to build a chiller with it for 4 reservoirs, same deal as this guy, but I am also willing to do all of the work to make it happen. All of my research has told me to use a fridge to avoid freezing the lines, but if you know a way with the freezer, I would love to talk to you about it. [email protected].

hey bro how are you doing ? you had gave me some much needed advice last time we spoke but im flowering now an have been for about 4 1/2 weeks but i have a few questions when do i stop purning these babys an i started from bag seed mostly all have started buding excepet i have one that has even shown sex yet but from the looks of it its a female but dont know could this be a sativa plan i mean its completely healthy just dont know what it is ....... also what color does hps light give off although this might seem like a dumb question ive never grown before now an its been said that my hydro shop has been cheating people . ive got yellow spotting on some of my plants y? an how do i correct this oh im using an areoflo 30 only 15 were female which was half of what i planted. an with even great lucky i got a twin female amazing i heard from bag seed im not sure of this also what will my yeild be like using 1600 watts on 15 plants thanks a lot for your time an advice kudos

Store bought systems have their benefits. They are generally very easy and fast to setup. In addition, they have already had the "kinks" worked out of them. Designing an aero system properly means dialing in pressures, plumbing and pumps to get optimum efficiency. When you buy a good system, this has already been done.
The benefit of a DIY is that you can customize it to fit your needs. You can control how many sites, how close together, what footprint... When you buy a system, you'll need to adapt your grow area to it.
