would it help if i make a humidity dome for it?

wondering if u could help me please. ive tried to clone a bud thats looks a bit like some of the ones u did. on the second day(yesterday) the leaves started to weep a bit and today some leaves have gone yellow and it really looks like its about to die although the stem is still erect. what can i do to bring it back... helppppppp
