Find yourself a caregiver, become a resident, have your medical records handy, get your card.

It is very simple but you have to be a resident here already to get certified. I know tons of stuff because it is what I do. Do you have an physical reasons why you smoke? Or are you just a stoner? Cause there are real compassionate doctors for real problems and there are the doctors that are just handing the license out for like 250 bucks. So it really depends on how you want to approach it. I would recommend in this state that you get your license as a patient as well as caregiver so you are covered from every angle. I wish I had dank of my own to share with you but I am not currently growing. Too busy finishing my degree right now. Bio-Chem Major and it is tough.
