what part of Norcal you from

alright it was from a seed yes i have pics but it wont let me post em..i made a splint for it this morning cause i culdnt look at it hanging over for 2 days straight..im using the liquid miracle grow n miracle grow soil.. just transplanted it to a bigger cup so the roots culd grow .. i know its not the best but its all i got cause i gotta keep it stealth, im using a 60watt clear bulb 12 hrs on and 12 hrs off..anything else to help you out??

i have 2 plants there both about 1 1/2 week old and one of them keeps falling over cause the leafs are to heavy what to do??
