hi i have 1 plant but there seems to be a problem i wondered if u could help.the edges of leaves on it are turning brown do you have any ideas

It depends on what county you live in... 49 plants per person in Northern Cali (san fran, oakland, etc) with a script. and 5 plants per person in southern cali (LA county, san deigo, etc) with a script. Also in Humboldt county one can grow as many plants as they like, limited to 100 square feet total canopy per patient. Meaning a 1,000 member co-op can have 100,000 square feet of marijuana plants, no numbers limit. I think Santa Cruz has way better rules but i have to ask a friend.
