i been growing a few plants in my closet. they have been flowering for 5 weeks all of them are producing buds except one that looks like its still vegging. its female has white hairs but it is extremely smaller than the others. i was wondering if i should cut it down to make some room in my closet? and can i still dry it and smoke it?
