No problem Chuck. I've been in the other mentioned seed shops, but didn't really like the people all that much. This old guy at Sacred is great to deal with. Plus the store is apart of the Toronto Hemp Company. They even have a smoke friendly cafe and a vapour lounge as well. (not at the same location as the seed shop, but just down the road)

I'm currently growing belladonna and romulan x cotton candy. I cross bred those two and waiting for the plant to finish. Should be done in another week! Can't wait to put those seeds in some dirt. I also have some KC 36, but I can't get those seeds to germinate to save my life. I still have a few left and decided to put them on hold till I'm motivated enough to deal with it. lol.

When I use to buy, I never really had a problem getting good smoke. I do much prefer growing my own and the fact that I cure it properly.

oh ya, it will only stink when you're like 2-3 weeks into flowering. i didnt smell anything during veg at all so i left it on my computer table under a light haha

during veg my lights were on 24/0 some people do 18/6 but i dont understand the point of the 6 hours of no light since the plant is trying to absorb all the light to grow. as for flowering, it is manditory 12 hours of COMPLETE darkness and 12 hours of light. mind you that both stages use different spectrum bulbs.

the smell factor for me is fine until i open the cabinet lol. for the time being i have powder in a box for odor removal but it doesnt seem to be working that well. this weekend im going to make a carbon filter. let me get u the link and you can make it too http://www.rollitup.org/do-yourself/101248-best-diy-ez-walmart-carbon.html and im going to drill a hole into the cabinet and attach a tiny computer fan to blow the air through the filter. that should eliminate all the smell!! currently i dont even have a fan in my cabinet except a hole the size of a credit card. i dont use any air from outside, its just regular air flowing around in my bedroom. as long as the plant gets different air rather than stale air, it will be ok.

its not as hard as you think =P any other questions?

one more thing, what was your light on off ratio during vegetation and during flowering?

hey man, thanks for the post, i looked at your set up and its sick! i was wondering how is the smell factor. my place is similar mabye a little bit bigger (i was going to try and fit 2 plants, you think its better to have two smaller ones or one bigger one). im in a basement with no real vent to the outside... if i have fans blowing into the grow box to cool and nothing else will it stink up the whole basement?
