i would but i want to have everything behind a lock and key and i have no room for the tent in the closet with the setup i want to do, im not worried about the issue with the tent so much i can sell it

Dude , I would just use your closet for a flower area and put that tent to use as a veg room . You can get a t5 light set up so you won't have to deal with high temps in there . You already bought the tent and the investment in the other light set should only be about $100 . I am going to post some pics of my set up in the SET UP Section today .

also , there is a guy here by the name HOMEBREWER . He seems to be on top of things when it comes to feeding a plant . I checked out his sig. and he seems to know his shit . Drop him a message . He also is doing the same type of flood and drain system like we are .

wait to feed them nutes till you get them in the tray and then go like 1/4 strength to begin with. Wanna ease into the food . As for when and how much of each , there is a feed schedual on GENERAL HYDROPONICS.COM that works great .

Also , Do you want to grow in Rockwool blocks the way I do or do you want to use Hydroton ? The way I grow is less expensive but both ways are excellent. I will explain more later today.

If you can afford this tray , it is the one I most recommend . I use the 2x4 version of this same tray .
Today is my birthday and my grandkids keep calling me this morning . If so , I can have you growing before the weekend and you will have a grow to be proud of.That site you showed me yesterday was excellent. While you are waiting for me to get back to you , you should google " How to build an Ebb and Flow system " and look at some of the you-tube videos . This just makes some of the reading a little easier to understand how to put things together. Don't be intimidated , it's easier than you think. Also , keep in mind. With the set up you are planning to use , you can grow 4 healthy plants to full size and have an excellent harvest . Later

The one thing I always use is a HOT SHOT NO PEST STRIP , and hang it in the grow room. They are about $6 and will last the entire grow.
That and wipe everything down with bleach water before you start . You really need to keep this room as clean as possible. Also buy a seperate fan that it's only job is to blow across the plants. This will promote oxygen and prevent bud mold as your grow progresses. I just use a $15 fan from walmart . Never turn this fan off. Once you start your grow , never turn it off .

yeah i got 2 gl 60 tents 2 x 2 x 5.3 feet so i could veg in one and flower in one should i run the same setup in both tents? im only gonna use one of the tents until i can clone and i wanted to try to fit 2 plants in one tent if possible so im pretty cramped on space but im down to do a hydro setup if i can get some solid reliable equipment

Hey , do you have your cabnet already that you plan to use ?
What I did was get one of those portable wardrobe racks with a cover and move all my clothes in there. Then I set up the closet for a grow room.
If you decide to use the ebb and flow system , let me know and I will help you get the basics together so you can get started.

Bongman , when your nutrients come in , there should also be included an easy to follow chart on how to combine them. Don't be intimidated . iIt's actually very easy to follow. Hlaf strenghth for the first weeks so young girls can get used to the food. If you decide to go with soil , mix the nutes half strength all the time and apply nutes every other watering. Just use PH'd water the other feeding.

i honestly can't remember the site but after searching the net i was able to find one for $105, then the other was $125. just gotta search the web. i wouldn't suggest horticulture websites. i got my best deals on "bulk" sites. i might do some searching to try and find u a decent priced tent. i'll post here if i do. later
