Shipping Tips: Use bubble wrap envelopes. If you use a reg envelope the rollers at the USPS will crush the seeds. If you use a bubble envelope there will be no problem. As for being under the radar the USPS never screens their envelopes and I have gotten stuff in from around the world with no problem.
