Hey momma, I'd suggest leaving the dome on until they break ground and then to open up when you see your cotlydon. 25% humidity is really pretty low. I think they sell $12 humidifiers for babies and stuff at target/walmart that might help your room out once they are above ground. I find it is more important to keep the light close than it is to keep a dome on young plants. You'll want to get your humidity over 35% some way or another. Just take a hot shower with me and leave the door open. Oops... Did I say that out loud? Some people use a tray of water and I find moist towels/rags hanging in there will dry fast enough to not mold (keep them clean) and they will bring the RH up a few points. Fingers crossed for you!
