Yes you still water lol, But lightly. Get a pot ready and some soil. One pot per plant. Good Medium size pot.
I'm not sure i know what you mean, I have seedlings or sprouts rather, this is my third crop. What i usually do is i water VERY LIGHTLY around the sprout and sprinkle a little near the stem. This is easily accomplished if you have some type of turkey baster or one of those needles you use to inject turkey with juice Since you can regulate how much water you give it and how fast.
