Ebb and gro questions?

Ak by grassomatic kind of short, but the trychomes look nice only two weeks left. First time using roots coco fiber, not overly impressed. I just switched to deep water culture I am growing super bud from greenhouse seeds. Pretty excited put them in rockwool last night, now I have them in a dome. Anyone have any tips for a ebb and grow? I started my beans in one and a half inch squares. Was told to just go right from those as soon as I see a good root mass. It seems like it'll work but just wanted some advice, maybe someone else has a more proficient way.
