yea sure man ... last year i planted june 17 and i had 6 ft plants by august 6 .. as long as you plant before july12 you should get a respectable grow .. ps im south east and starting april 1st

You live down where i am, you should be fine, just make sure your plant gets alot of light so it can catch up, you will probaly have to harvest later in there and if the weather goes to shit you will want to harvest earlier, goodluck bro. -
