Not complicated at all m8. get water, add nutes as per bottle, check PH is about 6.0, if its not then add ph down until it reads 6.0 then use NFT tank/pump to do the rest (all sold in kits). But as per my previous message, just start in soil or specialised compost (biobizz is great) and use HPS 250w !!!! I think the lamp will be the key m8 the plants fuckin love the HPS....

I am for sure going to look into HPS and stop waisting my time with CFL....
I have more to learn about NFT though, sounds complicated
