solitude...finally....

Happy solstice everyone...wheening my self off didn't really worked, well somewhat did , however todays THE DAY my goal is substance free 30 days and hopefully a clean break from nicotine....Im hoping for some solitude in the near future....
aaahhh yes the new avatar...It sort of became a part of my life lately, the whole futureistic Jolly Roger , pirates of 21st century and of course the actual music...probably not the best avatar for a medical grower though....anyhow, its evident that certain points of vew and lifestile habbits needs'a'changing ...so, I'ma gonna keep it there for a little while, at least 'till the clensing is complete and the ship sort of speak is on the right course....a constant reminder....if anyone else is reading this I'll attempt to keep writing....
To top this, I could no longer stare at my old avatar....Ratsy hasnt been with us for over 3 weeks...She was an awesome dog...
