I just put the price together if I wanted 9 bars with 3 PLC strips that's 27 strips x $28 .. then I would need 2 drivers to split 700 watts & 27 strips in half.. then I would need 6-6.5' long ALU sheet at least 1" thick maybe less??? And I need x9 of those..

Sqft isn't a good measure tool with vertical setups because the height is not factored into the equation

I already did the formula and basically if the PVC was flat horizontal with 4 rows of 18 plants it would be 21"x 72" x 20" ... Ohh now that I'm looking at my diagram maybe it is 20"x72"x48"...

Think they call that polygon a "nanogan" hexagon would be cheaper, even less strips but now less uniform.ity @ lower heights

My goal is to keep the light in a polygon spread instead of a 4 point "square" spread so I would need at least 5 light points around the circumference but I'm shooting for 9 to reach that max

@Randomblame it looks like the cheapest route is to double up on h influx to match efficiency.. but I didn't calculate drivers needed so maybe just getting like 18 PLC strips per pvc to add up to 700w (I know I wouldn't be able to keep 6" away anymore:cry::cry:) and getting like 2drivers per pvc...

@Greengenes707 how many plc strips (heads up this is kind of tricky lol) would be required to hit 1000 ppf @ 6" or less away from canopy but this is the wierd part lol .. I have 6" PVC something like this The PVC is 7' long but canopy will be 6' long & will take up 3x3 area basically.. will...
