Welcome, I found lots of recipes online under "DIY bokashi bran" I mixed 1 1/2 tablespoons of My LAB serum, 1 1/2 tablespoons of molasses and about 250-300 ml of water to 1 pound of wheat brand. Has to sit Dark/warm and unopened for 3 weeks. Then dry it out. I'll post more pics when I open it...

Some strains will have that pale color at the tops more then others when flowered, and will do fine once they get going. Could also have something to do with Ph, you said the run off was acidic. As far as adding amendments try top dressing with something like compost, earth worm casting, kelp...

They don't look too bad, I think it might be a iron deficiency. It usually starts at the tops of new growth and looks very pale yellow/ lime green. I'm going to assume you've been in flower for a week or two, Iron deficiency seems to come out then. I believe you may need more organic...

Earth worm castings, compost, alfalfa, neem Cake ect.. There's also some good premixed dry amendment fertilizers. I'm checking out "Dr earth" brand at the moment. Guano is good too. Look into making a "tea".

She looks good but shes hungry. It's not advisable to use salt based nutrients (GH nutes) with soil. Check out the organic soil section. If I where you I would transplant to bigger pots with some fresh soil or prun the roots and add fresh soil. get some dry amendments and start top dressing...

Yes it's the same as "LABS" I believe the original recipe of EM1 has labs, yeast, a photo bacteria and molasses. But I think I read some where that the recipe was changed to have labs, yeast molasses. Something like that. I'm still rather new to it my self.
