It's in week 6 (since pistles) of apparently a 6 to 8 week period as per seed packet.

Oh christ... Good luck, maybe throw it back Into veg and spray it for a few weeks... You're too far into the bidding cycle to spray and still smoke these. You will need to at least wash the entire plant in a tub after spraying

Just a high relative humidity will be enough to Foster bud rot. It does look a bit like that... Pull the bud apart and you'll know straight away... You can cut away the rot and harvest the rest but imo plants with botritys aren't worth smoking, I'd separate the rot and flush it then use the rest...

Keep it alive if you can.. They're amazing at healing over snapped limbs.. If anything that one branch might mature faster than the others.. You could take it off and dry it for an early preview it's entirely up to you. Some people harvest upper limbs weeks before the rest of the plant its not...

You've already stated that you're new and that's fine. Mistakes are the best way to learn, rather than blame your tools, take lessons away and develop your skills. I can see a few mistakes in your set up and I'd guess your transplanting skills were rough too. Probably not a lot to do with your...
