    looks like the start of powdery mildew brew up some cinnamon sticks (2-3 in 1L of water), let it cool down and mist your plants. You have air circulation issues, need to up ventilation. Make sure you mist your plants in a very aerated area Give your plants a good trim as well

    thanks for the pics Take a look with a magnifying lens to make sure those specs are not crawling about. If not it looks as if you are burning some pixels due to excessive light or nutrients are causing said burns.
