very hard to over water seedlings... just stop watering.. don't worry about the heat so much and DON'T spray the leaves.. in the future mix 20-30 % perlite in your soil. makes it very difficult to over water with large amounts of perlite in your soil.. were you spraying the plants? iloveyou

hey kong.. SEEDLINGS should not have any problems... it is (probably) not something you DIDN'T do that is hurting the,, but rather something you did.. You only need one light per palnt at about 2-3 inches for the first 2-4 days.. Do not feed them.. they only need about 2-4 ounces of water...

Well, I never mind a small burn or really any burn unless it was at a BUD site or DIRECTLY at the tip of the main BRANCH/COLA... which seems to be the location of many burns... I always imagine that type of burn.. at that location to be cutting into my YIELD$.
