    First feeding of nutes

I'd suggest cutting the ocean forest with some of your other inert medium. Then, hold off on adding more N heavy nutes for a few weeks to a month. Cheers and good luck!

Is it possible to cut the top half of the plant for the main cola??

I've often seen that be a suggestion to allow the lower buds to mature more, so I doubt it would completely kill the plant. But, it would, I'm sure, matter (1) how much of the plant you remove, and (2) how much longer til harvest you have, in an inverse relationship. Cheers and good luck!

    Is this a female plant?

Agreed. The little pointy things you see are called stipules, I believe, which aren't indicative of gender. Cheers!

    Ready for Harvest?

I'd probably suggest another week or so. It looked like you still have quite a few clear trichs around (but I could be wrong). Of course, I'm sure you'd be plenty happy enough if you were to chop now, too, so, really, either way. Nice work, btw. Cheers!

Looking for answers and improvment BHO

My best suggestion is to repost this in the extracts forum. Look for SirDabsALot and Qwizong (or something like that) for good advice too. They often lurk in the extracts and Colorado Patients' forums. Cheers!

    911 SICK PLANTS/ FIRST TIME GROWER/HELP!!

Nope. I haven't checked pH in ages, actually. I add a bit of dolomitic lime to my soil before planting, but otherwise, I just let the beneficial microbes do their thing to keep it in check. Of course, we have pretty good water here too, which I still let sit out for at least 24 hours for the...

    911 SICK PLANTS/ FIRST TIME GROWER/HELP!!

Well, if you feed them twice in a few days, that's probably your culprit. Also, some growing medium have food already, so that might have compounded the problem (though, admittedly, I didn't read the entire thread very closely, so I might have missed your mentioning your medium. Either way...

    could i use this

You probably could use it, more for flower than veg, but you'd probably want to lower the ratios of npk a tad. Cheers!

18/6 light schedule - Indoor lights on tent open? Is that ok?

I don't see why not. If you're vegging, an open tent should be fine. Cheers!

Looks good so far, imo. Cheers and welcome back!

Almost harvest time! I can use some help!

I take it branch by branch, first removing the bigger leaves, then trimming the sugar leaves, then hanging. But, some prefer to trim dry. If it's your first harvest, perhaps try some wet-trimmed and some dry-trimmed, and see which you like more. Either way, you'll also need some good music, a...

    Fast flowering strains?

I've never seen anything that fast. Six weeks is about the fastest I've seen, and that's one it's mature. Also, unless you're getting at least 12 hours or so of dark at night, you won't start flowing outdoors immediately either. I'd suggest doing a bit more research and putting a bit more...

    HELP is this a female

It could be, but it's hard to tell. In a few more days, though, all should be clear. Also, I usually notice the pistils growing out of the tops, not the nodes, first, but that's not always the case. Cheers!

Dying leaves at the end of flower HELP!

It's normal. According to your plant, it's getting to be late fall, so (assuming you've cut down on/stopped feeding nutes) its leaves are starting to change color and die off. All that's happening is that the plant is sucking the nutrients from the leaves, which is a good thing. That's the...

    HELP: temperature control

I couldn't tell you where I saw it, and have no actual experience with it, but I've heard your passive intake should be twice the size of your exhaust. Cheers and good luck!

    cannabis leave was splitting up

From my chair, that looks normal to me. You know how big weed leaves have the different blades? Well, this is just the plant starting in on that. Don't worry about it, IMO! Cheers!

half way through winter, and no signs of sex nor flower

What's the light like where you are? Do you have at least 12 hours of dark? Are you near large street lights or anything like that? My only thought is that your night cycle is being interrupted somehow, so is still vegging. Cheers!
