As a former cigarette smoker in Denver, I know how onerous and stupid these sorts of laws can be. Shame on them all. I also think a lawsuit would have a hard time overturning this. Seems more an exercise of the local police power, best handled with a ballot. Cheers!

You should make clear that if minors are in the home, the grow space must be both enclosed and locked. Most likely have this covered (no pun intended), ie., tents or rooms, but it's worth mentioning that there must be a roof or ceiling if minors live there, to be in compliance. Cheers!
