At minimum, a week before flowering, just so the plant can heal itself. After that, the longer you wait the bigger the plant will be... so it would be more about how big a plant your room can accommodate.

I think all this means is that your plant is ready to flower. I don't think there is such a thing as flowering too late (unless you're worried about it getting too tall).

Have the same one and it is awesome. Gets you way more mileage out of the same amount of weed. Convection vaporizers are also the way to go instead of the volcano things where you fill a big bag with vapor. The convection vaporizers are much easier to use.
