Thats pm 3% peroxide will hold it off till harvest which looks pretty close. If you still see pm at harvest you can wash it in 1 cup 3% peroxide to 1 gal of water before hanging with no harm to the buds.

Dunking a clone in Spinosad when young will not show up on a test after harvest, spraying it in mid late flower will get you a fail everytime.

Yes that is phytoplasma lots of times mistaken for witchs broom that also infecteds the plant we love.
