Hortilux lists the hertz on their website, 120000 frequency output. I actually had to upgrade my breaker to 240v just so my kitchen's outlets would stop buzzing lol. Plus i couldn't keep one ballast on a single 15A while running 120V without it tripping

Cyco is my favorite nutrient line so far, it takes a few learning curves out of the situation, but at the same time, ive also been switching some of their bottles out with Key to Life nutes. A lot of the good growers dont use JUST one line....just depends on your own specific needs.

If it's your first time growing her, id say just be patient and just pay attention to wverything your doing. I just chopped some Citral Flo down the other day, and she had big bud sites for 7 weeks but they were so whispy and squishy....and then the last 2 weeks she hardened right up.

Check your ballast for its pull. A ballasts draws amps, not watts, think about it that way and it's much easier to understand. My 1000w hps draws 8.3 amps on 120v but once i upgraded to 240v, each ballast now only draws 4.1 amps. Now this is also something to think about...a 15amp breaker can...
