Brown slime is a different beast than root rot, etc. You can have really high dissolved oxygen, a light proof res, etc but brown slime dont care, in fact, it loves it! OP: Did you recently change anything in your nutrient regimen? CK

Okay, I dont see any bleaching that is typical when lights are too close. Nor do I see burning, also typical of lights being too close. Shorter and bushier is more a trait of the genetics than anything else. For indoor growing I prefer shorter and bushier. You say she is not growing as fast...

I wouldn't worry about the yellow leaves since they are the oldest leaves, the ones with cut tips are older leaves and these yellow and die off naturally, all the new growth is vibrant and green. CK
