Well I did 3 big ass chicken tits tonight that I dry marinated with my special blend seasoning for about 3 hours then in the smoker for 3 1/2 hrs at around 275-300 Lots of good hickory smoke and some Diana's chicken and rib brushed on for the final hour and they were good....Leftovers is...
