Its fine to defoliate but I do most of mine during veg so they have time to bounce back from the stress especially if you pick ALOT of leaves as it looks like you did.Idk I just feel it’s better to stress them during veg than in bloom cause the last thing you wanna do is slow down bud production...

Yea I’d say just get your temperatures under control and they should bounce back man I had one look very similar once and it corrected itself with normal watering and getting the heat under control.As for misting the plants ive had bad experience doing this it’s an easy way to fry your leaves...

Hell yea I figured if I'm gonna scrog ouught as well give it the best shot I can and veg it out.Problem I gave myself is I set my scrog a little to low which makes it a bitch to water.Instead I should've set it higher and let the plants grow more up into the scrog instead of bending the plants...

Thanks for the input man I actually have a window AC cooling the little room the tents in so far it seems to be doing a good job with cooling the sealed tent.I think I'ma skip it for now untill I get a little better this is only my third grow indoors and I'm not really wanting to spend more...

The main thing I see is your light was too far away now you got stretchy plants which now makes it hard to lower your light now.Im no expert by any means but I feel it's important to work on an even canopy so all your flowers get equal sun treatment.I wonder if you can make some sort of trellis...
