hi guys, I’m about 2 weeks into flower now and I’ve noticed on one of my plants it’s showing crystals in the coco where the stem is. I’ve added a photo so you can see what i mean. Question is what is it? How do I fix it? I tried flushing but it’s still there. Appreciate y’all help

I have some LED lights I can use. Will that hurt the seedlings? If i just leave it under LED lights for now until they grow a bit and then transfer them onto the MH?

Hey guys I'm in a similar situation. I planted my rockwool into coco under 400w MH light but it seems to be not growing. Had it under light for about a week now. Can I start adding nutes? I have the same AB coco nutrient. Any help would be appreciated.

If I put the lights any closer they will be touching the plant. Don't know where this went wrong but it kinda feels like they've just stopped at this stage and ain't growing anymore but ain't dying neither.

I'm a bit confused. By more soil do you mean to add more of the same potting mix I've already used? The pots are quite deep. More than 4 inches down for sure. What should I do to help them grow a little quicker?
