I wanted to address your comment and everyone elses' concerning why you would spend this much on a grow room.. While a mil up front is pretty pricey, the money generated by your crop would be not only tax free, but in constant supply and current on inflation. No matter what the economy does...

So I ran through a proposition where we were trying to figure out how to grow as safely and profitable as possible. This is the concept I came up with and it seems ideal! I didn't include too many stats on what exact modules I would include for growing the plants but you can use your imagination...
