I don’t know man. Never had a problem with fabric pots inside. They don’t dry out on me any faster than plastic used to. I use a wire shelf to keep them off the floor. They’re $3 around here so if I can’t clean one or two sufficiently they go in the trash. And my plants never get rootbound. Work...

True. For instance. I believe garlic is one. The ones he mentioned though, especially the peas and peppers, would be OK. More light would produce more tomato fruit but in a tent you have finite space anyways.

12 hours of direct light is plenty for veggies. But there could be other considerations such as humidity during flower with too many plants. The more off time with the lights, the more humidity you'll get in the dark too. But I've seen photos of tents with both and all look healthy.
