You should be flushing by now anyway pal, ie just water Ph'd if needed. Your leaves will throw out some funky colours while in flush as its using up all those remaining nutes in the soil/medium and whats left in the plant itself. Your plant it throwing out nanners in a desperate attempt to self...

Also the colder night temp of around 15/16 brings out some amazing colours late on.

It's one of those pal. Once I added Cal Mag half strength I got lush dark leaves, once flipped needed to up calmag to 1ml per litre and added a little epsom as a preventative cos I am sure cal mag is 2-1 ratio

Tap water left out for 24 hours. My Water comes out at 7.9 ph too! Very little cal in my water I think as they were very pale until i got calmag and later epsom salts.

I use 5ml of calmag in every 5l bottle of water for feed, and I sprinkle a teaspoon of epsom salts over once a week. I think thats what makes the leaves on mine so dark

We've normally found that you lose around 75% weight in the drying process. I never weigh wet though, you are just setting yourself a number you have no idea if you'll hit or not.

Im using two 600's cool tube and all heat goes over second bulb and had no issues, I am using a extraction fan a size up from what I need though.
