what tempature should the room consistinly be while growing

here's my other plant my sick plant is bout 2 days younger than this one. big difference.

well i'm usin a flourescent light and they get water like every 2 or 3 days i just use my finger. the other 2 r pretty though and growing

well i recently transplanted her out of the pot with my other plant. the other plant is fine and she did well after the bout 3 days ago she started wilting and stopped growing.

i'm new to this whole thing and my baby is sick but i'm not sure of what. please help if u can! pics are not to good but they r there.:confused:
