put em inside for 12 hours night time and keep it at that now

if u can use a weak solution of miracle grow and water and spray all over ur plants soil and leaves for the 12 hours of dark just before like 1 hour b4 u put into the dark it boosted my plants once every 2 weeks in the last 2 weeks use just water and flush it m8. safe
