Will 24/7 light from space heater supress blooming?

I've done some research and the space heater may have to go. The light wavelengths that suppress flowering go from 660 nanometers to 800 nm. The heater I have appears to put out 780 to 1400 nm, which is a slight overlap. I think I'll give it a week and see if the pods advance.

I have a couple males I'm growing for the pollen. Main lights are on 14/10. Will radiant heat light from space heater keep them in the vegetative state?

Does it make sense to harvest upper buds before lower?

The tops of my plants are of course the largest buds, and fully developed. Would it be a good idea to cut off the big buds and get more light to the lower ones?
