A lb per plant is hard usually and you will need a very powerful light to pull it off or lots of lights which will increase heat so berry strong ventilation cooling and a host of other things.......that being said if it’s your first grow all is possible but you will need your grow dialed in...

I started with jacks classic some airports a fan tent and a 400 watt hps I think I spent $400 all together I got seeds and clones from the growing comity near me

I have seen large plants in solo cups but I know they would be much larger and healthy in a 3 gallon to five gallon pot
